Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Currently, we offer shipping within Canada only. US and international shipping may be available upon request and may include additional cross-border fees, duties, or taxes.

All Kenkoo Audio desks are custom-built to order. Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Production typically begins shortly after order confirmation, generally within a few business days. Once materials have been prepared or construction has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Returns are not accepted for custom-built products unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

Claims must be submitted with photos within 7 days of delivery. Kenkoo Audio will assess the issue and determine, at its discretion, whether it qualifies as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

All Kenkoo Audio desks are custom-built to order. Product descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided for reference and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

• Wipe up spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth
• Use a slightly damp cloth for regular cleaning; dry immediately after
• Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, ammonia, or abrasive pads on wood and melamine surfaces
• Use coasters or pads under drinks and hot equipment to prevent rings or heat damage
• Avoid placing the desk in direct sunlight for extended periods, as wood may fade or discolor over time
• Keep away from excess humidity or moisture to prevent warping
• For hardwood surfaces, occasional light waxing or wood polish can help maintain finish (avoid on melamine surfaces)
• Lift, don't drag, when repositioning to protect legs and joints
